Day Kimball Health at Home presents:

Fall Prevention Presentation
Thursday, December 4th
11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Learn how to identify your personal risk factors for a fall.
Learn self-help strategies to reduce your risk of falling.
Learn how to get the help you need to stay independent.

This informative program will help you stay safe and independent.  But you must register as space is limited.  Call the library at 860-423-1492 to sign up.
Follow-up health Clinic will be held on Thursday, December 11th beginning at  9:30 a.m.

Art Journaling

Friday, Dec. 5 from 5-7 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 17 from 5-7 p.m.

This program is open to teens and adults and we meet the 1st Friday & the 3rd Wednesday of each month.  Feel free to attend either of both sessions.  No experience necessary.  You will receive a journal on your first session to be used for future classes.

Holiday Tag Making Class

Saturday, December 6th
from 10-12

Join us to make festive gift tags to add to your holiday packages.  All supplies will be p;rovided, but you must REGISTER as space is limited.  Call the library at 860-423-1492 to reserve your seat. 

Building Club
Gingerbread Houses

We'll provide each family with a kit to make their own Gingerbread House.  You must signup for planning purposes.   Call the library at 860-423-1492 to let us know if you'll be joining us.

Learn how to create your own local access TV content.  

Cookie Tasting Party

from 6-7 p.m.


Bring  in 2 dozen of your favorite holiday cookies and a copy of the recipe to share.  We'll enjoy  delicious cookies and take some home for later.  


ZINE Making Class

Friday
December 12th
from 5-7 p.m.

Get creative making your own small magazine.
Instructions and supplies will be provided. You are welcome to bring in some pictures of your own to use.
Light snacks will be available.
Open to ages 10-adult.

And the young adult selection - Thieves' Gambit by Kayvion Lewis -  in September.
